Whilst I wouldn't ordinarily encourage you to think too far ahead into the future, as I want you to live in the present, cos' that's the only time you can really influence!....and  its not particularily comforting to remind ourselves about the shorter evenings and less daylight - why not give yourself something to look forward to -  and join us for a weekend of yoga and relaxation.

Last year worked really well - here are some of the comments

'I feel cleansed and refreshed'

'Wonderful atmosphere'

'Would have liked choice of workshops'

'Really feel made progress and increased flexibility'

'Huge benefit'

Yoga Weekend break ……

So what is so different about this weekend?  Well…Why I would like you to have this weekend away is so that you can have a period of time that is just for you….we do not take care of ourselves and are usually at the bottom of our ‘to care for’ list!!  This is about allowing yourself to create this space and time and giving yourself an opportunity to rebuild your energy, recharge your batteries whilst having some time to pamper yourself as well.

This is also an opportunity if you already practice Yoga to have some quality time to intensify your practice and if Yoga is something that you keep meaning to try but never seem to get round to it, well why not come on the weekend and have a go!

During the course of the weekend, there will be

  •  yoga sessions
  •   guided meditation time
  •  a choice of workshops
  • swedish and  indian head massages, aromatherapy
  • personal 1-2-1 coaching

The venue for this weekend away is the Ilsington Country House Hotel, near Bovey Tracey.  The hotel is set in its own beautiful grounds with breathtaking views over to Haytor and Dartmoor. As you step into the conservatory you have a sense of leaving all the worries and anxieties behind you as the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel welcomes you.
