I started yoga after having a major operation and wanted a type of exercise that would give
me time to heal as well as increasing my flexability and improving my feeling of well being. That was over nine years
ago now it is so much part of who I am. I joined the British Wheel of Yoga and firstly completed the foundation
course to further my own practice. I decided to deepen my knowledge and in 2005, I started my teacher training and now
hold the British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma.
