Draft programme for Sarah’s Yoga weekend break in November

All the yoga classes, meditation sessions, workshop presentations, full board and use of the hotel leisure facilities are included in the yoga weekend price.  If you wish to treat yourself to a massage there will be an extra charge.  Please ask for prices and to book sessions.

Friday 21st November

 

Arrive at hotel in afternoon

 

16:00           Welcome

 

17:00           Evening yoga session (90 mins)

 

19:00           Dinner

 

21:30           Evening meditation (30 mins)

Saturday 22nd November

 

07:00          Morning yoga session (90 mins)

 

09:00          Breakfast

 

10:15           Brief history of yoga

 

11:00           Introduction to NLP  

 

13:00           Lunch

 

Free time – opportunity to have a personal session of yoga, a massage, a swim or just relax!

 

17:00           Evening yoga session (90 mins)

 

19:00           Dinner

 

21:30           Evening meditation (30 mins)

Sunday 23rd November

 

07:00          Morning yoga session (90 mins)

 

09:00          Breakfast

 

Free time – opportunity to have a massage, a swim, go for a walk, read Sunday papers and chill…

 

11:00           Yogic cleansing practice (neti)

 

12:00           Yoga session (60 mins)

 

13:00           Lunch
